helpful staff free snacks missing dresser angled table
The staff was very helpful. They moved our room to two singles when one was available. breakfast was very nice in the reception area. i could grab free tea, coffee, and little snacks all day. I found that convenient.
The room did not have a dresser for clothes. I found this inconvenient. the tiny side table on one side hung at an angle from the wall, so i could not use it.

Excellent Location and Service
simple process central location restaurant options walking distance
The check-in process was simple. The hotel is in a central location (close to Le Marais). It allowed me to walk to Notre Dame, the Latin Quarter, and the Louvre. There were many restaurant options near the hotel also.
The lift was small. It opened directly onto the stairs (this felt a bit unsafe).

perfect location quiet street helpful staff
The location was perfect. I was near popular bars and restaurants. The street was quiet. The staff was helpful. The room included a complimentary bottle of champagne.
The shower was a little low for a tall guy like me.

inoperative elevator inadequate noise isolation
The staff were friendly and helpful, offering assistance with directions.
The elevator was inoperative throughout my stay. Reaching my room on the sixth floor was difficult, especially with luggage. the noise isolation was inadequate. I could hear conversations and other disturbances from neighboring rooms clearly.
